PRIVATE BRANDING

We offer our existing formulas to clients that wish to create a product line of their own, using their own branding and packaging. This option works much more efficient because there is no extra time required for developing a formula.

HOW IT WORKS

First, you will schedule a consultation with one of our team members, we will learn about your needs, goals, and vision for your product line. We will ask you about the size of your first initial order, along with any special timeline requirements.

PRODUCT SELECTION

You will work closely with a team member to determine which formulas will suit your customer’s needs. You will be given product samples for testing that come directly from our lab. Samples could take up to 1-2 weeks or sooner, depending on availability.

PACKAGING

After your product selections have been chosen, a team member will guide you through our packaging options. Finding what fits your exact needs, we will create a cohesive look and feel that is synergistic with your overall vision. You will have access to dozens of in-stock packaging options along with complete custom packaging options.

BRAND IDENTITY

After you’ve chosen your packaging, you will work with a team member on the design of your new product line. We will incorporate existing branding and logos with a newly designed, cohesive look. Or we can create something exclusively new, just for you.

We will fill your existing formula into your desired packaging and directly ship items to your respective customers or store at our facility for a small fee. We also focus on Bulk Production; we will formulate product and directly fill into large 55-gallon containers or 330 gallon totes.

FORMULA ASSESSMENT

Our on-site chemist will assess your formula to determine what is in it. We will provide you with sample matches for you to test out and approve. This could take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on our current lab lead times.

INGREDIENT SOURCING

After samples have been approved, we will begin sourcing raw materials. Some materials may be stocked, others may not. We work closely with top suppliers in the industry and have trusted sources for quality and potency.

PRODUCTION

After we’ve received raw materials, and componentry has been received, we will begin the manufacturing process. This could take up to a couple of weeks, depending on current product lead times. Each batch is quality checked and certified by one of our team members before filling.

LOGISTICS

After the product has finished in production, we will ship in bulk containers to the final destination or we can fulfill orders to ship directly to the customer. Options vary in pricing; we also offer services to securely store product.

We work with our clients to tailor formulas that are specific to their needs. If you have an existing formula or have an idea for a new product, our team of qualified chemists can accommodate your needs. We also work with proprietary blends that are special to each client.

PRODUCT CONCEPT

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

You will have access to our on-site chemist, who will work closely with you on custom formulas for your product line. This process can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on current lab lead times.

SAMPLE & TEST

Once you’ve gone through the process of formulating your product line, you will be given multiple samples to test and approve. One by one, you will ensure each formula meets your exact needs.
